Verstehe ich das richtig? Es gibt also eine Sicherheitsinfrastruktur die von Subversiven Gruppen mit umgemodelten Spielzeugen als Überwachungssystem mit fortschrittlicher Mustererkennung und Wegematching benutzt werden. Darum soll für ein Gesetz gestimmt werden, das A: die Benutzung von Software zur mobilen Mustererkennung und Positionierung nur gewissen privaten Firmen erlaubt, und B: Irgendwelche "professionels" eingesetzt werden sollen um "einzugreifen"?
